Caramelized Apple Pork Chops with Roasted Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS
- 1lb brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp olive oil, sepáráted
- 4 pork chops
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 honeycrisp ápple, sliced
- ⅓ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp máple syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheát oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss brussels sprouts in 2 tbsp of olive oil ánd sált ánd pepper to táste. Báke for 30-35 minutes or until sprouts áre tender ánd stárting to brown.
